Day 1: Arrival in Ulaanbaatar

Welcome at Chinggis Khaan International Airport, transfer to hotel, and city highlights including the National History Museum.

Day 2: Fly to Altai Town

Morning domestic flight to Altai, drive to Khasagt Khairkhan Mountain where your expedition base camp is prepared.

Days 3–7: Snow Leopard Tracking and Photography

Explore Khasagt Khairkhan Mountain (330 sq km protected area, peak at 3,578 m) where snow leopards, wild sheep, Ibex, and diverse birdlife thrive.
Spend days tracking and photographing with experienced guides and local herders who know the terrain intimately, increasing your chances of sightings.
Return each evening to heated Gers or shift camp as needed for optimal positioning.
