📅 Trip Itinerary: 7 Days / 6 Nights

Day 1: Arrival in Ulaanbaatar

  • Transfer to your hotel and city orientation.

  • Visit the Natural History Museum.

  • Enjoy a National Folklore Concert in the evening.

Day 2: Tsagaan Suvarga – The White Stupa (420 km)

  • Drive to the colorful limestone cliffs of Tsagaan Suvarga.

  • Explore the dramatic white and pink formations and enjoy short hikes for panoramic photos.

  • Overnight in tourist Ger camp. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 3: Gobi Gurvan Saikhan National Park (210 km)

  • Travel to the "Three Beauties" of the Gobi mountain range.

  • Hike into Yoliin Am (Eagle Valley), a deep canyon that shelters ice even into June, and look for golden eagles and wild ibex.

  • Overnight in tourist Ger camp. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 4: Khongor Sand Dunes (170 km)

  • Journey to Khongor, home to Mongolia’s largest dunes.

  • Hike along lush green riverbanks, ride Bactrian camels, and climb the "Singing Sands" for breathtaking views.

  • Overnight in tourist Ger camp. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 5: Flaming Cliffs of Bayanzag

  • Visit Bayanzag, known for its striking red cliffs and as one of the world’s richest dinosaur fossil sites.

  • Learn about the discoveries of Roy Chapman Andrews while exploring the saxaul tree landscape.

  • Overnight in tourist Ger camp. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 6: Return to Ulaanbaatar

  • On your return journey, visit a horse-herding nomad family for cultural immersion and a horseback ride across the steppe.

  • Arrive in Ulaanbaatar for a farewell dinner and overnight stay. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 7: Departure

  • Transfer to the airport for your onward journey. (Breakfast)
