Booking Terms and Conditions

At Wild Trout Mongolia, we strive to provide every guest with a seamless and unforgettable fishing adventure. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

General Terms

While we do everything in our power to ensure an exceptional experience, certain factors such as weather and river conditions are beyond our control. Please plan accordingly and keep a flexible mindset for adventure travel.

Booking & Payment

To secure your fishing tour, a deposit or full payment is required. Your reservation is only confirmed once payment is received.

Deposit Policy

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your trip dates.

• This deposit ensures your dates are held and preparations can begin.

Final Payment

• The remaining balance is due 90 days before your trip start date, or by May 15 of the same year (whichever comes first).

• If payment is not received by the deadline, your booking may be canceled and any funds paid will fall under the cancellation/refund policy below.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 91 days or more before the trip:

  • You may receive a refund of all monies paid except the deposit.

  • The deposit may be credited toward a future trip within one year, subject to availability and the same trip conditions.

• Cancellations made 90 days or less before the trip:

  • All payments are non-refundable.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen events.
